“Shade On” picks up where “IRL” left off with another synthed-out, juked-out excursion further into space.

Completing the trio is the sublime “Temple Keys”, on which the dreamy piano keys that give the track its name recall Detroit pioneer Mr De, while a pulsating worm of a sawtooth provides sweet after-hours ecstasy.

The digital version of the EP is accompanied by two remixes. The first sees Scratcha DVA reinterpret “IRL” with his “Hi Emotions” remix. Piling on the pressure, DVA builds on the monstrous vibe of the original.
Meanwhile young Parisian French Fries‘ mix draws for tribal percussion and a massive jerking sub-bass, expanding “IRL” to its full bigroom potential.
